Terms of use

Welcome to Universal Plastic, owned and operated by Plastic Blue Economy S.L. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Universal Plastic’s websites, our APIs, the mobile application (the “App”), and any other software, tools, functionalities, or features provided in connection with our services. This includes, without limitation, the use of our services to view, scan, and certify data, as well as using our tools, at your own discretion, to directly connect with others to buy, sell, or transfer data on public blockchains (collectively, the “Service”).

For the purposes of these Terms, “user” refers to you as a user of the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or another entity, you represent and warrant that (a) you are an authorized representative of that entity with the authority to bind it to these Terms, and you agree to these Terms on its behalf.

Universal Plastic is not a wallet provider, exchange, broker, financial institution, or lender. Universal Plastic is a peer-to-peer web service that helps users discover and interact directly with one another to help clean up the seas and oceans, as well as generate data to support scientific and technological solutions.

Universal Plastic offers the Become Blue Verification Plan, which allows companies to integrate the Blue Economy into their CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) strategies.

These Terms of Use govern your use of our service. For the purposes of these Terms of Use, “the Universal Plastic service,” “our service,” or “the service” refers to the personalized service we provide to remove kilograms of plastic from the sea around the world, as well as the ONDAs (personalized verified reports) that you will receive monthly on your behalf.
