PURPOSE: Why do we collect your data? Data provided via the contact form will be processed to respond to the query submitted. Additionally, the personal data provided may be used to send technical information about the project, organizational details, and/or commercial information regarding our products and services. The data will be stored for as long as the business relationship with the data subject is maintained, or until the data subject requests its deletion, without prejudice to the fact that data may be retained for longer in compliance with applicable legal obligations.
The company will not make any automated decisions, create profiles, or apply logic to your data.
LEGAL BASIS:
- Consent of the Data Subject: Under GDPR Article 6.1(a), the data subject has given their consent via the contact form to respond to their query.
By completing this form and accepting the privacy policy, you expressly consent to your data being processed by Plastic Blue Economy S.L. to send you technical, organizational, and/or commercial information regarding our products and services.

RECIPIENTS: Who will receive the data you provide? The data may be shared with data processors responsible for subcontracted activities, with whom we formalize the corresponding contract in compliance with data protection regulations.
INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS: Currently, no international data transfers are being made.
DATA RETENTION: How long will we keep your data? User data will be retained as long as the data subject does not request deletion and/or as long as commercial relationships continue. Once the relationship ends or deletion is requested, the data will be kept in a blocked state, available only for legal or administrative purposes, until they can be definitively erased (for a minimum of 6 years).
RIGHTS: What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

SECURITY MEASURES
The website is hosted on a secure server, and all provided information is transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. The data is then encrypted and stored in the database, accessible only to authorized personnel who are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of the information.
In addition, the ENTITY has implemented technical and organizational security measures based on the Risk Analysis and Compliance Audit conducted regarding GDPR and LOPDGDD, taking into account the type of personal data managed.
